Kids Classes

Every Class will be set up with an individualized program according to the age and experience of the group. When the students have a good understanding of the basic brush strokes and techniques, we then progress to creating colorful paintings including oceans, trees, animals and other fun designs. Children will learn the techniques of painting from dark to light, painting vocabulary, painting opaque, edge control, and color mixing as well as value and depth, while painting from background to foreground.

With 1 hour of Personal Instruction, each Student's materials will consist of acrylic paints, 3 brushes, an easel, and a piece or thick card stock to serve as a canvas (for older or more experienced painters, a 8x10 canvas panel will be provided)

Class of 6-10 Kids

• 2 Classes/mo. - $30 per student
• 4 Classes/mo. - $55 per student

Class of 11-15 Kids

• 2 Classes/mo. $25 per student
• 4 Classes/mo. $45 per student

To upgrade the canvas size for older/more experienced students:

9x12 Canvas Panel ---> 2 Classes/mo... add $5 per student ---> 4 Classes/mo. add $10 per student

11x14 Stretched Canvas ---> 2 Classes/mo... add $10 per student ---> 4 Classes/mo. add $20 per student
